Program Description
Techniques and Features:
The “Healthy Feet” program is a comprehensive massage and corrective method aimed at forming a proper foot arch and supporting healthy gait biomechanics.
The session combines professional orthopedic massage, gentle manual stimulation of the foot and lower-leg muscles, and playful coordination and balance exercises.
The specialist works not only with superficial muscles but also with deep structures responsible for arch stability and proper alignment of the knees and pelvis.
  • massage and manual correction of the foot arch;
  • development of small and deep ankle stabilizing muscles;
  • work with the Achilles tendon and ligamentous apparatus;
  • gentle stretching and balancing of the lower limbs;
  • exercises with massage balls, balance platforms, sand, and sensory tracks.
