The massage combines classical and myofascial techniques aimed at eliminating micro–muscle spasms, improving blood and lymph circulation, and restoring the body’s energetic balance.
After the session, muscles become more elastic, and movements become freer and more precise.
Recommended 1–2 times per week as part of the training schedule.
